Our Mission
The Manufacturers’ Association is a regional trade organization on a mission to make sure our area’s manufacturing sector not only survives but rebounds stronger than before. We exist to make that happen for you. We ensure that the critical knowledge you and your team need—the expertise for tomorrow’s challenges—is preserved, expanded, and delivered directly to your professionals.

What We Believe In
For many Americans, manufacturing is a dirty word. It carries with it decades of grease, grime, and negative connotations.
The reality is that modern manufacturing is an industry of engineers, code writers, and highly trained experts who make their living by mastering some of the world’s most advanced tools and technologies.
Together, we’re helping manufacturers and school students to uncover talents and passions that might otherwise go unrealized. We are a voice for the industry for hundreds of member and non-member organizations in Central Pennsylvania and Northern Maryland.

The Employers’ Education Foundation, a 501(c)(3) charitable organization, offers community programs and activities that support the education and training of our youth in manufacturing careers.
