Invest in Your Workforce with Our Manufacturing Apprenticeship Program
Build a Skilled, Reliable Team
Starting back in 1911 but re implemented in 2006, our organization has partnered with employers across the region to develop and strengthen their manufacturing workforce through structured apprenticeship programs.
Our manufacturing apprenticeship programs run from 2 to 5 years depending on the trade selected, giving your employees a comprehensive, in-depth education while they continue contributing to your operation. Coursework may also count toward an Associate’s Degree, adding lasting value to your team members’ careers and long-term retention.
All training curriculum is built using an Employer-Led Design model, meaning the courses are shaped by industry professionals and reflect the real-world skills your team needs on the floor. Classes are led by expert instructors, including experienced journeymen and seasoned industry professionals.
